Purpose and availability
Brian Gmail Intake is a utility maintained for its owner’s personal email and task workflow. This website describes the application; it does not offer public account registration or a hosted email-processing service.
Authorized use
Use requires authorization from the connected Gmail account holder. Only information the owner is permitted to process and share should enter the workflow. The owner is responsible for reviewing captures, checking important source details, and screening sensitive information before sharing it with Dropbox or assistant services.
Automation boundaries
Captures support review and organization. A capture is not confirmation that a task has been completed. Privacy checks and duplicate detection can have limitations, and the owner should review failures and unexpected results. The application’s current Gmail access is read-only.
Privacy and stopping use
The privacy policy explains Gmail access, local records, Dropbox storage, configured Claude and ChatGPT processing, retention, deletion, and revocation. The owner can stop scheduled collection and revoke Google authorization at any time. Previously stored copies must be managed separately.
Third-party services and contact
Google, Dropbox, Claude, ChatGPT, and Cloudflare operate under their respective applicable terms and account settings. These pages do not change those terms. For questions about the application, use the support address displayed on its Google consent screen.
